Plans are underway for the “local neighborhood” mighty pharmacy chain CVS to get into the high-end cosmetics business. I’ve strolled through the cosmetics aisle in many a CVS and have picked up everything from the latest Revlon offering to nail files to Chapstick but never did I think they’d get into the real cosmo space.
